How to publish a research paper in India

how much does it cost to publish a research paper in india

Whether you live in India or abroad, publishing your research is an important step in your academic career. This article will help walk you through the typical steps of publishing a research paper in India. Learn all you need to know about getting your article published successfully in a journal in India, from choosing the right journal and understanding what a peer-reviewed article is, to replying to peer reviewers and navigating the final process of publication.

Publish a research paper in India key steps

1. Picking The Best Possible Journal For Your Brand Of Research

Choosing which journal to publish your research article in is one of the most important decisions that you will potentially have to make as an academic or research professional. Which journal you decide to submit your work to can make a big difference to the scope and impact of your research. It’s vital to take the time required to meticulously examine your options and scrutinize every aspect of the journal submission process, right from shortlisting of titles to your preferred method of publication, such as open access.

  • Choosing The Right Journal, Why Is This So Crucial?

The first step in publishing a research article should always be to select the journal in which you wish to publish. Picking a journal before you can even begin the process of writing your research paper affords you the opportunity to be able to adapt your work to take advantage of research already published in that journal. This can help editors see how an article adds to the “conversation” in their journal.

Additionally, many journal publications only accept specific handwritten article formats. So, by choosing a journal before you begin, you can write your article to suit its formatting requirements and subscribers and ultimately improve your chances of acceptance.

  • Picking The Right Journal, What Does It Take?

Choosing the best journal to have your research published in can seem like an overwhelming proposition. The trust is that you only have to –

  • the reach that the journal could potentially get you for your research,
  • the opportunities that will arise out of getting your research published in the journal,
  • the reputability that you will gain as a result of getting your research published (which will arise as a result of the reputability of the journal itself), and
  • the expenses (if any) that you may have to incur.

2. Beginning The Process Of Putting Your Research Work

Writing an effective and compelling research paper is essential for your research to be published. But if you’re new to academic writing, it can be intimidating to do so. The best thing about choosing which journal you want to publish in before proceeding to write your research paper is that you’ll have plenty of examples already published in that journal on which to base your own article. We’ve put together tips on all aspects of writing your article to make sure you get off to a good start.

  • Writing A World-Class Research Paper/Article, What Does It Entail?

How you write your article will depend on the journal you choose, your field, and the type of article you are writing. Everything, right from the style of the article to its structure and sentencing, will depend on the audience of your article. You need to have this in mind when writing, which is why it’s crucial to think about these things thoroughly before you get into the writing process.

3. Carrying Out A Flawless Submission

Once you have the best journal for your research work and have also completely written your manuscript, you will have to focus on the next step in publishing your research paper, which is the submission process.

Every journal has its own specific submission requirements, so be sure to visit the website of your chosen journal (or their offices if they don’t have one, which is highly unlikely and may even be a bad sign, especially in this day and age) to thoroughly go through and understand every single instruction specified in the ‘Instructions for Authors’ page.

  • Submitting A Manuscript, Why It’s Crucial?

In order to carry out the successful submission of your manuscript, you will need to ensure that you have followed every one of the guidelines specified by the journal of choice to the tee. This will necessitate a concrete understanding of –

  • the ‘Instructions for Authors’ section,
  • how to write an effective cover letter,
  • how to go about using the journal’s submission system, and
  • how to ensure that your research data is depicted as required.

In order to avoid wasting time submitting your manuscript incorrectly and having it rejected after a while, you need to make sure you’ve got everything covered before clicking on the ‘submit button, and also remember that you should only submit one journal at a time.

4. Ace The Peer-Review Process

Now that you’ve submitted your manuscript, you should familiarize yourself with perhaps the most important process in the publishing of your paper – the peer review process.

  • The Peer-Review Process, Why Do People Fear It & How To Ace It?

The peer-review process involves the independent assessment of your research article by autonomous experts in your field. Evaluators, also referred to as ‘referees’ are called upon to assess the soundness, significance, and authenticity of the work that you have submitted to the journal.

This process helps ensure that a peer-reviewed article has undergone a rigorous process to –

  • guarantee that the methodology is sound,
  • that the work can be replicated, and
  • that it matches the objectives and scope of the journal considering its publication.
  • This is an important form of quality control of research articles.

The peer-review process also serves as a very useful source of comments, helping you improve your article before it can be published. In its essence, this process is intended to be a purely collaborative process, in which authors engage in productive dialogue with their peers and receive valuable feedback that will support them in taking their work forward.

Nearly all research articles are subjected to the peer review process, even though sometimes, the journal may choose to carry out a post-publication peer review, meaning that reviews are requested after the publication of the article in the journal.

  • Gaining A Thorough Understanding Of The Peer Review Process, Why Is It Essential?

The peer-review process can seem complex to get a grip on. This is, however, only a matter of perception. The best thing one can do is to sit down with their superiors, experienced peers, research leads, and others, and get them to explain –

  • the various types of peer-reviewing,
  • the step-by-step process of peer reviewal, and
  • how to revise your manuscript.

This is often the easiest way to learn helpful tips on what to do if your manuscript is rejected.

5. Holding On Until The Paper Is Published

If your article has been confirmed for publication, then it will go into production. At this point in the process, the article will be prepared for publication in the journal of your choice. Much of the effort to produce the final version of your research article will be put in by the production team of the journal of your choice, but your input will be needed at different stages.

  • Your Role In This Process

During production, you will have a variety of tasks and decisions to make. For example, you will need to check and proofread your article and determine whether or not you want to produce a video summary to accompany your suggestions.

After you have successfully navigated the publication of a research paper, you can finally rest easy. But the process does not end there. Now that your research is published in a journal in India that is accessible to the rest of the world, you need to know how you can gain access to your article in order to make sure that it has the impact that you intend for it to have.

To know more about this process, you should look to take part in forthcoming international conferences in your field. Depending on the Conference Next is the best way to ensure that you always end up participating only in world-class events check with the Upcoming Conferences in India and abroad from Conference Next portal. To make it easier for yourself to learn about upcoming conferences, you should subscribe to our conference alerts which are available to anyone who wishes to subscribe for no charge at all.

  • Page and Publication Charges

Some subscription journals charge authors page or publication charges to publish their article. There has been ambiguity when an article, from one of these journals, has any of these associated costs as well as open access (OA) as to what should be charged. Therefore, Sage is clarifying its policy on the subject (July 2022).

There are two ways an article in a subscription journal can publish OA, one is through requesting to publish your article OA, this is called Sage Choice, or the article may have been identified as part of one of our Open Access Sales Deals (OASD).

Here are a few options to find a suitable journal , such as an alphabetical list and the Journal Suggester.

Please click “Submit Online” on the journal's homepage and directly access the submission system used by that journal.

  • Online Submission

Springer will consider submissions containing material that has previously formed part of a PhD or other academic thesis including those that have been made publicly available according to the requirements of the institution awarding the qualification.

Yes, we are using ORCID iDs in our manuscript submission systems, Editorial Manager and Manuscript Central. When submitting your manuscript, you can fetch and add your ORCID iD. To register a new or existing ORCID number, log in to the editorial system and select 'Edit My Account' or 'Update My Information' from the menu.

The authors’ ORCID iDs will be visible online and in the articles' PDF files. Read more about the ORCID identifiers and why to use them.

For the majority of Springer journals, publishing an article is free of charge.

  • If a journal requires page charges, you will find them on the journal's springer.com homepage or in its Instructions for Authors.
  • Charges might apply e.g. for color figures or over-length articles. The information on these extra costs will also be available from the journal's homepage or its Instructions for Authors.
  • Charges for open access articles: If you choose to publish an open access article, there will be an Article Processing Charge (APC) to be paid by the author or their funding institution. As a consequence, the article can be freely read, downloaded or distributed from SpringerLink by any internet user.

Yes, Springer offers Open Choice (open access articles published in subscription-based journals) and fully open access journals. Read more about our open access portfolio here .

Please go to the homepage of the selected journal and click "Instructions for Authors".

For your convenience we have developed macros and templates to help you prepare your manuscript. Information about the preferred format for the individual journals can be found in the specific journal’s Instructions for Authors.

For editors and reviewers to accurately assess the work presented in your manuscript you need to ensure the English language is of sufficient quality to be understood. If you need help with writing in English you should consider:

  • Asking a colleague who is a native English speaker to review your manuscript for clarity
  • Doing the English language tutorial, which covers the common mistakes when writing in English. It is a part of our author and peer reviewer tutorials
  • Using a professional language editing service where editors will improve the English to ensure that your meaning is clear and identify problems that require your review. Two such services are provided by our affiliates Nature Research Editing Service and American Journal Experts .

Please note that the use of a language editing service is not a requirement for publication and does not imply or guarantee that the article will be selected for peer review or accepted.

If your manuscript is accepted it will be checked by our copy editors for spelling and formal style before publication.

Illustrations – photographs, line drawings, etc – should be submitted in digital form. For detailed information about about file formats, resolution, figure sizing, etc, please check our artwork guidelines.

  • Artwork Instructions

Springer accepts electronic supplementary material (animations, movies, audio, large original data, etc.) which will be published in the online version only. This feature can add dimension to the article, as certain information cannot be printed or is more convenient in electronic form. For detailed information about file formats, file size, etc, please check our ESM guidelines.

  • Electronic Supplementary Material

We are committed to your publishing success. Your manuscript may be rejected by a journal for reasons other than your research’s quality. It may be more suitable for another journal! Let us suggest an alternative journal for resubmitting your manuscript and any reviewer comments.  Learn more about the Springer Nature Transfer Desk.

While the manuscript files are handed over to production for data processing and typesetting, you (being the corresponding author) will stay in touch with us. You will be asked whether you wish to:

  • Publish your article open access
  • Transfer the copyright of your article (if you don’t publish open access)
  • Order printing of figures in color
  • Order paid offprints in addition to your free (electronic) offprint
  • How can I find out about the status of my journal manuscript?

For most of our journals the corresponding author can track the article online. Article Tracking will guide you through the seven stages from the moment your article has been accepted until it is published. Every step is described and will let you know whether action is required. Please log in to your personal springer.com account (MySpringer) to start tracking your articles. When action from your side is required, this will also be announced by e-mail.

The Online First service lets users access peer reviewed articles well before print publication. These articles are searchable and can be cited by their DOI (Digital Object Identifier). With Online First publication the time it takes for critical discoveries to reach the research community is significantly reduced.

The online publication represents the official publication of research results. As soon as an article is published online, it can be cited and is quotable. If changes are then made, confusion can easily arise with authors citing different versions of the same publication.

Springer has therefore decided not to make systematic use of the technical possibilities that an online publication offers and not to simply replace a published document with an updated one. After online publication, further changes can only be made in the form of an Erratum, which will be hyper-linked to the article.

For the majority of Springer’s journals you will receive a free electronic offprint (PDF-format) for your article for your personal use.

For some journals you will have the choice between this free eOffprint or a given number of free paper offprints (the options are based on the respective agreement with the editors or society partners).

Authors have the right to disseminate their article's eOffprint (as a printout or by email) to their co-authors and research colleagues (for personal use by such colleagues). It is not allowed to distribute the eOffprint via a webpage.

The eOffprint is for personal use only and shall not be self-archived in electronic repositories. If you wish to self-archive your article, please use the accepted manuscript version for posting on your own website.

You may further deposit the accepted manuscript version in any repository, provided it is only made publicly available 12 months after official publication or later, provided acknowledgement is given to the original source of publication, and a link is inserted to the published article on Springer's website.

The link must be accompanied by the following text: "The final publication is available at http://link.springer.com ”.

We want researchers to be able to share content easily and legally. Springer Nature SharedIt is how we help you do exactly that.  Learn more about SharedIt .

UGC Care Guidelines for Research Paper Publication: Quality and Recognition

UGC Care Guidelines

Table of Content

Introduction.

Publishing research papers is a crucial step in establishing one’s credibility and contributing to the body of knowledge in any field. In India, the University Grants Commission (UGC ) plays a significant role in promoting and maintaining the quality of academic research. In this blog, we will delve into the UGC Care guidelines for research paper publication, focusing on the importance of UGC CARE journals and the process of getting published in them. Understanding and adhering to these guidelines can help researchers gain recognition and ensure the dissemination of high-quality research.

Understanding UGC CARE Guideliness

UGC CARE, which stands for Consortium for Academic Research and Ethics, is an initiative by the UGC to create a comprehensive list of recognized and quality research journals across various disciplines. The UGC CARE list includes journals that meet specific publication standards and ethical guidelines.

Researchers must aim to publish in journals listed in UGC CARE to ensure the rigor, credibility, and visibility of their research. These journals undergo a rigorous vetting process, evaluating factors such as the journal’s impact factor, indexing, review process, and adherence to ethical practices.

Choosing UGC CARE Listed Journals

When considering where to submit their research papers, researchers should prioritize UGC CARE listed journals. These journals have gone through a meticulous selection process, ensuring that published papers meet certain academic standards. Selecting a UGC CARE journal boosts the chances of acceptance and enhances the visibility and accessibility of the research.

However, it is essential to note that inclusion in the UGC CARE list does not guarantee the quality of every single paper published in the journal. Researchers must still evaluate the reputation and impact of specific journals within the UGC CARE list .

Getting Published in UGC CARE Journals

To increase the likelihood of acceptance in UGC CARE journals, researchers must adhere to specific guidelines and best practices. The following steps can help navigate the publication process:

  • Select a suitable journal: Prioritize UGC CARE listed journals that align with the research area and topic. Carefully review their scope, focus, and previous publications to ensure a good fit.
  • Follow submission guidelines: Thoroughly read and strictly adhere to the submission guidelines provided by the journal. Pay attention to formatting requirements, citation styles, word limits, and other specifications.
  • Ethical considerations: Uphold research ethics by ensuring originality, proper citation and attribution, and avoidance of plagiarism. Adhere to guidelines on data privacy, protection, and informed consent, where applicable.
  • Peer-review process: Understand and respect the peer-review process , where experts in the field assess the research’s quality, methodology, significance, and potential improvements. Address feedback from reviewers professionally and revise the manuscript accordingly.
  • Persistence and revisions: If the paper is rejected, carefully consider the reviewers’ comments, revise the manuscript accordingly, and consider submitting to another UGC CARE journal. Rejections are common in academia, and perseverance is key.
  • Stay up to date: Keep track of the UGC CARE list as it is periodically updated. Journals may be added or removed from the list based on their performance and adherence to quality standards.

UGC CARE guidelines for research paper publication provide researchers with a structured framework to ensure the quality and credibility of their work. Publishing in UGC CARE listed journals enhances visibility and recognition. Researchers must carefully select journals, follow submission guidelines, adhere to ethical principles, navigate the peer-review process, and persist in the face of potential rejections. By leveraging UGC CARE, researchers contribute to the academic community while ensuring their work reaches a wider audience, fostering knowledge dissemination and fostering a culture of research integrity.

How Much Does It Cost to Publish a Research Paper?

  • September 11, 2023

Are you worried about how much does it costs to publish a research paper? It is the most important factor to consider when looking for publication services. The significance of publishing research can’t be overstated. However, research publishing includes multiple factors essential for researchers to understand.

In this article, we will help you understand the expenses of research paper publication and the possibility of a paper being rejected after acceptance.

The cost of publishing a research paper can vary depending on multiple factors, including the journal chosen and any optional services selected.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Many journals demand that authors pay APCs to cover the research publication costs. These charges may range from a hundred to thousands of dollars per paper. The amount often depends on the journal’s reputation, impact factor, and the level of service provided.

Submission Fees

Some high-indexed journals also charge article submission fees from authors for manuscript review. These fees help cover the cost of the peer-review process. The submission fees generally range from a hundred dollars.

Page Charges

Besides APCs, some journals may require authors to pay page charges, particularly for printed paper copies. These charges vary based on the number of pages in the final publication.

Color and Supplementary Material Fees

You may incur additional charges if your paper includes color figures, tables, or supplementary materials. These fees can add up, so being aware of them is essential.

Optional Services

Suppose you are finding out how much it costs to publish a research paper. In that case, it is pertinent to mention that many publishers offer optional services such as expedited review, open access options, and professional editing services with additional costs.

Membership Fees

Membership cost also affects the overall charges of research publication. Because, in some cases, authors may need to become members of a professional organization or society to submit their work to specific journals or conferences. Membership fees can be annual or one-time payments.

Reprints and Offprints

Researchers often order reprints or offprints of their published papers for distribution. These costs can vary based on the number of copies required.

Is It Worth It to Pay for Paper Publication?

This is the primary concern of almost every researcher, “Is it worth it to pay for research paper publication?” Yes, if you want to pursue your career in academics. Here are a few aspects that must be considered while publishing research.

Journal Reputation and Impact Factor

Journals with high-impact factors mostly charge higher APCs but offer increased visibility. If your research aims to reach a vast audience and gain recognition globally, paying a considerable amount to a reputable journal may be worthwhile.

Funding Availability

Some funding agencies and institutions provide grants or support for publication fees. In such cases, it makes sense to use these resources to publish in reputable journals.

Open Access vs. Subscription Journals

Open-access journals make research freely accessible to everyone but tend to have higher APCs. Subscription-based journals may have lower fees but restrict access to those without subscriptions. Consider the accessibility and reach of your research when choosing between these options.

Career Goals

Early-career researchers may benefit from publishing in well-established journals to build their reputation. As researchers progress in their careers, they may prioritize open-access journals to maximize the dissemination of their work.

Reviewer and Editorial Services

Some journals offer professional editing and reviewer services, which can improve your paper’s quality and chances of acceptance. These services may justify the higher research publication costs.

Can a Paper Be Rejected After Acceptance?

Surprisingly, yes, a paper can be rejected after acceptance, although it is relatively rare. Here are some scenarios in which this might occur.

Ethical Concerns

If ethical issues in the research come to light after acceptance, the paper may be rejected. The ethical concern includes plagiarism, data fabrication, and other unethical practices.

Quality Issues

Mostly, papers are accepted based on initial reviews, but further examination by the editorial team may reveal significant flaws that cannot be corrected. This is also the reason for research paper rejection after acceptance.

Overlapping Content

A journal may revoke acceptance of a paper if it is discovered to overlap with previously published work substantially.

Failure to Meet Requirements

Journals often have specific formatting requirements. If authors fail to meet these requirements in the final submission, it may result in paper rejection after acceptance.

Author Misconduct

Instances of author misconduct, such as inappropriate authorship attribution or undisclosed conflicts of interest, can lead to post-acceptance rejection.

The Bottom Line

Hopefully, you got the answer to your questions, “How much does it cost to publish a research paper ?” and Can a paper be rejected after acceptance?

It is pertinent to mention that research paper publishing includes various costs such as APCs, submission fees, and optional service charges. Whether it’s worth paying for publication depends on your research goals, available funding, and the journal’s reputation. While it is rare that papers can be rejected after acceptance, it is necessary for researchers to carefully consider the guidelines of the journal and other potential factors to avoid rejection.

Publishing options

Authors submitting primary research articles to Nature have the option of publishing their research using either:

1 – Traditional subscription publishing model  – an article is submitted and is assessed by our editors. If suitable it will be put through Peer Review, and if successful (subject to amendments), will be eligible for publication. Published articles are made available to institutions and individuals who subscribe to Nature or who pay to read specific articles.

2 – Gold Open Access  – same publishing process as above. The difference is that when an article is accepted for publication, the author/s or funder/s pay an Article Processing Charge (APC). The final version of the published article is then free to read for everyone. The   APC to publish Gold Open Access in Nature is £8890.00/$12290.00/€10290.00.

Find out more about Open Access .

Articles that are published OA are freely available online, and are published under a  Creative Commons CC-BY license , which allows for reuse and sharing. The publishing costs are covered by the author’s institution or funding body paying an Article Processing Charge (APC).

OPEN ACCESS FUNDING

For information about research funders and institutions that provide funding for APCs, visit Springer Nature’s  open access funding & support services .

Springer Nature offers agreements that enable institutions to cover open access publishing costs. Learn more about our  open access agreements  to check your eligibility.

THE BENEFITS OF PUBLISHING OPEN ACCESS

  • For authors  – their work is seen by more people. Open Access articles are viewed and cited more often than articles behind a paywall.
  • For readers  – they can access and build upon the most recent work in their field. Content is available, and reusable for all.
  • For funders  – the work they fund will reach a wider audience and will have a more immediate impact.

Find out more about the benefits of Open Access publishing .

If authors need to publish OA because they are mandated to by their institution or funder, they can choose this route. For those who do not have these restrictions, they can choose to publish either via the subscription route or OA. The corresponding author will need to select which publishing option they want after their research is accepted.

Authors may need to take specific actions to achieve compliance with funder and institutional open access mandates. If your research is supported by a funder that requires immediate open access (e.g. according to Plan S principles ) then you should select the gold OA route, and we will direct you to the compliant route where possible. For authors selecting the subscription publication route, the journal's standard licensing terms will need to be accepted, including self-archiving policies . Those licensing terms will supersede any other terms that the author or any third party may assert apply to any version of the manuscript.

The selection of the publishing model will happen after the paper has undergone editorial processing and been accepted. All papers, regardless of the publishing model, submitted to Nature will continue to receive high levels of personal author service, editorial rigour, peer-review, and high quality publishing services from our team of in-house editors.

WHAT IS AN ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE?

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is the amount authors are charged when their manuscript is accepted for publication. APCs cover the following:

  • Editorial work:  assess and select the most important research to publish, partner with authors and reviewers to deliver significant improvements to manuscripts through our rigorous and intensive review process, manage peer review, bespoke correspondence with authors, administrative support and journal development.
  • Technical infrastructure and innovation:  development, maintenance and operation of online journal systems and websites.
  • Production of articles:  formatting, lay-out and mark-up of articles, copy editing and inclusion in indexing services.
  • Promotion of journal and content:  making sure readers and authors know about the work published in the journal.
  • Customer service:  responding to the needs of authors and readers.

Find out more about how we select, edit, publish, curate and promote scientific research.

Nature aims to provide the highest levels of author service, editorial rigour and consistency. Our in-house team of highly qualified, professional, independent editors:

  • read and evaluate all submissions
  • decide which papers to send out to peer review
  • guide authors and reviewers through the peer review process
  • decide which papers to accept
  • work with authors to ensure the highest standards of research reporting and sharing are followed.

All our editors come from academic environments, are all PhD-level, and have a deep understanding of scientific research and publishing.

GOLD OA FUND A dedicated fund is available to enable authors from countries currently classified by the World Bank as low-income (LIC) or lower-middle-income economies (LMICs) to publish their primary research OA in Nature and the Nature research journals. Here in this article, we are going to discuss How much does it cost to publish a paper in a journal .

How much does it cost to publish a paper in a journal?

Before proceeding let us discuss how the Journal operates and its finances. As we know that every organization and institution needs the funds to operate. The Journal publication organization has some costs to operate.

To operate the publication most journal publishers follows the two type of model of publication

1. Open access Method

2. Subscription-based method.

Publication model of Scholarly Journals

The subscription-based model is a very old model and many publishers adopted this for many years now. But the Open access model is new to the world and becoming popular very rapidly.

So, let us understand why is it getting popular so fast?

In the Subscription-based model if any reader wants to read the published article then he/she has to pay some charges to download the paper or to read the paper for future research.

But in case of open access , the readers can download, read and cite the paper completely free. So the readers and researchers prefer the articles which do not cost them. Due to this, the Open Access model is getting popular.

Now there are two types of models in which the journals that publish the paper from authors can have an income.

As we discussed now The first model is known as the open-access model . In this model, the author of the paper has to pay the publication fees. But now some publishers do not use the Subscription-based model rather they call it Green Open access .

Let us understand what is Gold Open Access and Green Open Access Journals

Gold open access

According to Elsevier in this model of publication, the journal article will be freely available for everyone after publication. The publishing costs are covered by the author or by their institution/funding body/society on their behalf, typically in the form of an Article Publishing Charge (APC) or other types of fees.

Elsevier’s APCs range between   $150 and c$6000 US Dollars excluding tax, depending on the journal, with prices clearly displayed on the Article Publishing Charge (APC) price list and on journal homepages. Other than these journals you can find journals that charge between 20 USD and to 200USD if it’s a Peer review journals.

Other Publishers like Springer nature, Willey, IEEE, and Hindawi also followed the same.

Why is open access so expensive?

Because of the Publication cost, Open access journals are expensive. But it’s now it is widely accepted that the Open access journal is the future of the publication . The researchers love to read the journal article available freely and cite them.

What is the problem with open access?

Generally, people consider the journals which charge APC from authors during publication are fake journals or predatory journals. But that is not true people should understand that the journals that are publishing their papers need some source of income to sustain the journal and to maintain the journal quality.

As here the author needs to pay before publication some people think it’s easy to pay and publish. But it’s not true.  There might be some predatory journals that take money to publish but most Journal publishers follow the Global standard of Journal publication. You need to find good journals to publish your research paper.

To know more about the publication fees of any organization and institution one should always visit the website of that organization.
