fraud - nothing less. Stop them - professional marketing - but you dont get anything. Charge a fee 2 times - only to find out after having the reciept. Sorry that this is how the world goes - it is nothing but less all from what they want to sell. A business plan with a 10 minuttes introduction - but a word file of 10 questions - and 97 USD - and charged 2 times !!! 194 USD !!! Happy i did not go for the marketing package - even it could have been a great help. Hope i am the only one got trapped here

This is a very dishonest business for any new start up, M&A, business plans and analysis. The team is disorganized and never showed up to all the meetings the company engaged in. They had people missing appointments for the heft cost of doing business with them. No Spit Shine to This Business Plan - More like Swiss Cheese (Digital Assets Not Delivered On What The Product Promised!) I tried working with GrowThink over the last year. I think this should document the painful process I had to experience. They gave me the whole spill they have did more business M&A deals and had the whole past performance of writing supplemental business plans targeted around "Power Purchase Agreement" - better known as PPA's. During the structuring of the business plan we had a lot of moving parts, this was no simple lift and shift. Lots of documents, line items to calculate, cost of raws, and BOM - build of materials. As we started to engage the teams, partially the team was mismanaged as people who I thought would stay with the cycle of the project team to keep brain storming, analysis, and flow of content creation. For the period of time of 1 year, we should of already been completely funded by this point. We had fusion capital on the table that just fell like crumbs. The drafts of deliverables for the first document, after we already submitted more than half the payments ie the slide deck only came in the first time during July 2021. We needed to fix many errors and common grammar for marketing that just seem more on the novice level for this opportunity. As things progressed, more people kept leaving the project. I decided to take a trip to Aruba as things are getting more stressful and getting in touch with GrowThink was next to impossible to reach any of the upper management. I sent a complain that I didn't have the DRAFT of anything pertaining to the business plan that was promised. As this was September 2021 and all payments in the full amount of $34,000 USD was sent to GrowThink. But where was my business plan and showing something was done up until this point. Nothing was sent for another three months for discovery. On November I started to reverse the first and second payment due to non-deliverables and anything obtained for the digital assets. Not sure why I paid them the last payment? I thought they were holding documents hostage. During the timeline of delivery this guy John Walsh, kept tell me to check my spam filter that he sent it. I would talk again the next week. It was another excuse that I'll send it when I get home. Then another excuse that I sent it, I keep asking over and over again like a broken record. That's when I asked for the third payment to get reversed from my CC. As I had nothing for completion of this transaction for the scope of work and nothing to get me to "Series A". Finally after Thanksgiving and waiting too long for a DRAFT after I engaged services at the beginning of 2021. I get a document that is so embarrassing it just pissed me off and made me even more upset. Nothing was up to date on the business plan. It was so poorly written that it's content was no more than a high schooler's technical skillset, many investors, banks and other partners complained that this was not going to get us any where near investors to close. They frankly said is this a start up and where is the PPA documentation for the solar farm? Inside the financial analysis was missing all the updated numbers to refine profitability, cost of raws to finished products. We didn't even have profitability and cost models to reflect the true outcome of the business. As for the PPA, we never got anything describing the extra $8,000 paid for fake and nothing but 1 cost accounting line item with showing a .06 cents mark up. A PPA plan has many many pages to make the project presentable to the power company and much less an investor. It was 6 months outdated from all the content shared and a complete waist of time Jay Turo doesn't give two cents about the client, I asked for follow up phone calls over the last 9 months. They took the money and ran. Now I'm coming back for damages! I wish they would have showed up to the meeting, When you paid top dollar you shouldn't have to beg for people to show up to the meetings they created! Lessons learned for a lifetime. They (John and Jay) apologized for the F-Up, even tried to offer me some little $5K return for my complaint! They wanted me to sign a letter that I wouldn't go back for more. I said no thanks. As I post this you should understand where you place your money for the future of GrowThink. WARNING! It was missing all the Parts of a Business Plan: 7 Essential Sections Executive Summary. The company is non-responsive bad doesn't deliver on what you order. I have emailed more than 10 times and called twice and have not received one response. In finally reported it to my credit card company and they responded that they had sent the information to me so my claim was false. Why wouldn't they just have responded to the 10 other emails to resend the report I hadn't received. Still haven't received my reports or a response to my emails.

As a first time entrepreneur I cannot describe how upsetting it has been to deal with this company. Although I felt their prices were at the very high end. I was prepared to pay the $17,500 they asked for because I imagined that the plan would be amazing. The opposite happened. It was awful. When I tried to get it fixed they removed the plan and everything else from basecamp. They said they were preparing for litigation. Six months later I have no plan, no refund and rude emails from senior members with sexist comments. My suggestion to all women founders out there is to deal with a company who cares about us. All entrepreneurs beware.
